Frequently asked questions

A few quick checks solve most fitting problems.

My adaptor looks slightly different from the picture
Minor differences in colour or moulding are normal. The important details are the arm shape, attachment point and locking mechanism. Send us a photo when you are unsure.
The new blade will not click into place
Check that you are using the correct adaptor guide and that any protective cover has been removed. Do not force the fitting. Message us with a photo if it still will not connect.
Where can I find my adaptor code?
Your adaptor type should be shown on the dispatch note included with your order. It may also appear on the product packaging or product page.
Can fitting the blade damage my wiper arm?
Correctly fitted blades should not damage the arm. Keep the bare metal arm supported and avoid allowing it to spring back against the windscreen while the blade is removed.
